1. License Grant

Salescaling grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Platform and Software solely for your internal business purposes, in accordance with these Terms. This license is provided under the condition that you do not modify, distribute, reproduce, or attempt to reverse-engineer any part of the Software or Platform.

2. User Conduct

You agree to use the Platform and Software responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform does not infringe on the rights of any third parties. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

• Using the Platform or Software for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Interfering with or disrupting the security, integrity, or performance of the Platform.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, including other user accounts or systems.

3. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to:

• License, sublicense, sell, resell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, distribute, or otherwise commercially exploit the Platform or Software.
• Use the Platform to store or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise extract the source code of the Software.
• Use any automated systems, such as bots or crawlers, to access the Platform or its data without express written permission from Salescaling.

4. Service Availability

Salescaling will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the Platform and Software are available and operate smoothly. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Access to the Platform may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, updates, or due to factors beyond our control.

5. Data Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of the data and content you input or transmit through the Platform. Salescaling assumes no liability for any errors, omissions, or issues related to the data provided by users.

6. Suspension and Termination

Salescaling reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you violate any of the provisions in these Terms. In the event of a suspension or termination, you will be notified, and access may be restored once compliance is ensured, at Salescaling’s sole discretion.

7. Compliance with Recording Laws and Consent for Storage

You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable recording laws. By using the recording features provided through the third-party service providers you authorize, you are granting Salescaling permission to store recordings for any meetings or video conferences you participate in, should those recordings be stored within our systems.
